I am an anxiety counselor in the Huntersville/Cornelius/Davidson/North Charlotte area of North Carolina. 

I help people struggling with anxiety learn to calm their brains and nervous systems to gain control over the anxiety they experience in life. Along with teaching coping skills to manage anxiety, I will also help you explore those anxious parts and understand what drives those parts because I believe understanding gives us power to make changes in our life. As you learn to manage your anxiety, your confidence will begin to improve and you can more effectively live by the values that guide your life. I believe that we all have the tools inside us to heal and I consider myself a facilitator on the journey to discovering that inner power.
