Individual Therapy Rates
I will file insurance claims for in-network clients. Currently, I am in network with Cigna/Evernorth, BCBS (except Local/Value/Federal plans and Lowe’s employees), United Healthcare/Optum, Aetna, MedCost (except CBHA and Atrium employees), Friday Health, and Bright HealthCare. For those using insurance, I charge my contracted rate that varies per insurer.
For those wishing to use out-of-network benefits, my full rate is charged upfront and I will provide a superbill monthly for you to file the claim with insurance for reimbursement.
I also accept cash only clients for those who wish to not use insurance for the most flexibility and privacy.
Payment for fees/co-pays/deductibles is due at the time of service. I accept most major credit cards through my billing app Ivy Pay and can also accept cash payments.
